Although MUSIC X projects are typically setup using the MUSIC X graphical user interface, you can also import MUSIC projects as .msf file:
MUSIC Setup File (*.msf)
MUSIC Setup Files (*.msf) are text-based files that can be developed in any external text editor or spreadsheet software. *msf can be developed independently of MUSIC as described here. This makes the *.msf particularly useful for automatically creating MUSIC projects using third party software.
Once a *.msf has been developed, ensuring that it adheres to file format requirements, the file can be imported into MUSIC.
