3.6.4.1449 (first released verison of 3.6.4beta) had:
Changes for this version include changes in Annual accounting and carry over and a variety of bug fixes including:
  • (warning)  The meaning of the “Regulated” check box on the Supply Point has been changed:
    • It now needs to be checked if you want the Water User to distribute orders to it during the order phase.
    • This means that groundwater Supply Points need to be configured as “Regulated” to enable extraction which previously wasn't the case.
  • Extracted volume of unregulated user lagged due to lagged flow routing,
  • Problems clearing overridden cells in the Tabular Editor, and
  • Node model plugins with a Winforms user interface were broken with changes introduced for the Feature Table.  This has been fixed.

Work we are currently doing on reporting isn't ready for release and will be available in an upcoming beta.  We are currently working on unregulated flow issues, a couple of minor annual accounting related issues, IQQM converter issues, Irrigator node water balance reporting issues, and the calibration tool.

(warning) Plugin developers note:  TIME.ScenarioManagement.csproj now produces a dll called TIME.ScenarioManagement.dll rather than ScenarioManagement.dll which makes it consistent with everything else. This means references may come up as invalid and need to be updated.

Existing Issues
  • Copy & paste functionality:
    • does not copy expressions and
    • copied scenarios fail to run when using marker routing for constituents
  • Can now add constituents to a catchments model.  It will not be able to run straight away.  Save and re-load project to enable running.

Insight

To run Insight you also need to install the 32bit version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.
This is for both 32bit machines and 64bit machines since the library we use is 32bit:

Plugins

If you are downloading community plugins then you will need to manually 'unblock' the dll's in Windows after downloading. To do this, right click on the dll file in windows explorer and select properties. At the bottom of this window will be comment along the lines of 'this file has been downloaded from the internet and has been blocked to protect this computer'. There should be an 'unblock' button next to the warning. Click unblock and then click ok. The plugin should then load
