3.8.4 - Beta Release (September 2014)

This is a minor release to fix a database change that should only affect users that use operations mode with constituents related to unaccounted differences in constituent forecasting.

Specific issues resolved:

RM-13096 - Unaccounted differences in constituent forecast model not correctly implemented

RM-13166 - Ownership Proportion Warning to non-propagating Error

Existing Issues:

Changing rainfall runoff models doesn't update the project explorer add can break the run. If you save and reload the project it fixes the issue.
