The Home page has the Search functionality to search across the application.
Basic Search : Allows the users to search for a model by text matched to various fields of a model.
Clicking on the search results will navigate the user to the Details page of the model.
Requesting to access a model through search results
Users can view all the models available from the search functionality. To request access to a model,
- Click on the model name in the search results, this will open the Model Overview page.
- Click on Request Access to Source Files button.
3. An email will be sent to an approver and the request will appear in 4. Requests.
4. Once approved or declined, the requester will be notified the outcome as an email.
Filter Search:
Filter Search gives the user a better control on the search results. By default, the search term will be match by the following fields. Users can untick checkboxes for the fields if search needs to be narrowed down.
