'Your Data' page is more personalised to the user as it contains all the models the user has access to. This could include the models from the user's organisation and the models from other organisations that the user has been approved.
Your Data section also shows the current status of the model. The system will display the status levels User is Admin, Same Organisation, Access Requested, Access Approved depending on the access rights of the user
