In the Organisation Administration> Models page the user will see a list of models that can only be accessed by the organisation. Each row specifies the parent models and upon expanding the row by clicking the '+' button the users can view the child models associated with the parent models. The parent and the child model names are links hence upon clicking the users will navigate to the Model Details.




This is the page all users need to access for creating new models. 



How to create a new model


To create a new model. Click on   button. The following window will be open upon clicking.

Model name: Providers should add a unique name with the minimum and maximum character requirements 

Status: Status can be set to either Private or Public. Private models are only accessible by the providers and the Public models are accessible by all users.

Model Type:

Relationship: Providers can set the model as a child model with this option. If selected the option 'Child', providers must select a Parent model from the drop down list that will be visible once the option 'Child' is selected.



Actions Menu

In the Actions menu, providers can find details of the models in their organisation. The following items can be found in the Action menu.

  • View: Shows summerised information about the model.

  • Details: Clicking on Details will navigate the user to the Overview tab of the Model Details page.
  • Delete: Deletes the model.
  • CopyID: Copies the model ID to the clip board.
