Introduction

Urban Demands are relevant at a range of scales and can be modelled in several different simulation modes. The Urban Developer Plugin allows Urban Scenarios to be integrated with eWater Source Schematic (River Manager) and Catchments Scenarios.

To integrate with Source scenarios, Urban Developer Scenarios are simulated to generate a database of average water demands for a range of dwelling and end-use types. The average demand databases are used by Urban Water User nodes in a Source Scenario to calculate demands for a suburb or region, based on the distribution of dwelling types and end-uses in that region.
