Project results changed	RM-14026 - Getting issue details... STATUS As part of moving Mass balance to the assurance framework, we changed how some recorders handle "no results". Since you can now disable Mass balance checks, the recorders should be empty when you record them, rather than 0 which would give an the impression that it was correctly calculating Mass balance. Ownership recorders that did report 0 throughout the simulation, when there was no ownership in the system, will now report null values throughout the simulation.	No tests exist that experience the issue since we only record the items we are concerned about when developing regression tests.
